Regarding the resumption of air links with Serbia, Cuba and Japan
According to the Government Order of October 14, 2020, from November 1, 2020 air service with the following countries will be resumed:
The decision was taken due to the fact that within 14 days in the above stated countries the cases of coronavirus infection did not exceed 40 cases of infection per 100 thousand population, no more than 1% for 14 days of daily increase and the spread rate of new coronavirus infection within 7 days not exceeding 1.
Thus, citizens of three more countries - Serbia, Cuba and Japan - will be exempted from restrictions imposed due to coronavirus spread on entry into Russia. Citizens of these countries and those who have a residence permit there will be allowed to enter Russia through the air checkpoints. The Russian citizens, in their turn, will also be able to fly freely to any of these countries.
